Who do I serve?

Adult Individuals–We begin with an exploration of what you feel and think may have brought you here to therapy, what is that “something?”  This initial exploration can take up to three sessions, to allow you to share about who you are, express what you need, what you desire, and ask questions, e.g., is therapy the best option and fit for me at this time in my life?  If and when we decide we are a good fit to work together, we can further explore and design a plan/map to outline goals, or take it session by session to see what comes up and flow from that point.  This is your time, this is your space.

Children and Teens—Patience, encouragement and loving kindness can serve as the basic pillars to support and help young souls navigate through their developmental journey.  During each stage of development, it is essential to offer and provide them a space they can fully enter into and feel safe in, to allow self-expression in whatever capacity and means they deem works best for them.  These can include expressive arts such as sand play, drawing, and painting, or talking out their thoughts and feelings.

Adults in significant relationships with other adults– However you may define a significant relationship, as friends, as lovers, as married partners, there are myriad factors that can affect and impact us, both personally and collectively. Together we can explore how best to navigate the ebbs and flows inherent in all relationships.

Each session is 50 minutes in duration.  We agree to show up and end in time, as a way to respect and honor our boundaries.
